Mit seinem Sur Place-/Drittland-Programm (SPDL) stärkt der DAAD die Ausbildung von Fach- und Führungskräften an Hochschulen in Subsahara Afrika. In Sommerschulen konnten sich die Stipendiaten des Programms gezielt vier Wochen in Deutschland weiterbilden, untereinander austauschen und das deutsche Wissenschaftssystem kennenlernen.

SPDL-Geförderte können sich zudem um einen Kurzzeitforschungsaufenthalt in Deutschland während des Forschungszeitraums an einer Hochschule in Subsahara Afrika bewerben. Mehr Informationen zu den Sommerschulen und Stipendien finden Sie auf der englischen Version der Website:

DAAD In-Country/In-Region Programme

Im Kontext des SPDL-Programms kooperiert der DAAD seit vielen Jahren mit der National Research Foundation (NRF) in Südafrika und vergeben zusammen mit der NRF jährlich 60 Master- und 60 Promotionsstipendien an südafrikanische Postgraduierte in Südafrika. Lesen Sie mehr dazu auf Englisch:
